Our Policies

BAAMM is a program of Millennium Support Services (MSS). It Is governed through its Terms & Conditions and guided through its policies. For details on its policies please click this link www.millenniumss.co.za/our policies.
It is important to familiarize self with the Millennium Support Services (MSS) prior to registering as a Supplier / Merchant

Please note that BAAMM does not operate in isolation from MSS. It is a program of MSS, as an applicant, to be registered as a Supplier or Merchant on the BAAMM program terms and conditions of MSS are applicable. We however would like to highlight these points:

Application as a Supplier, and not a Merchant:

  • The applicant will be recognised for only one service, even if one has selected up-to Five (5) options, as the system allows.
  • The first service to appear on the selected options will be the one considered for registration
  • The information of the service provider, as well as the logo of the company will not be uploaded / displayed in full on the platform
  • The service provider shall not be in a position to access the notifications of services requested by potential clients, via the BAAMM Application
  • The Supplier will not be able to earn their customers any loyalty points

Application as Bronze or Silver Merchant:

  • Bronze are service providers who are not renderings services as registered companies with CIPC, while Silver is a registered company, registered with CIPC
  • These two options attract an annual Administration fees of R 550.00 each
  • The Merchants can register up to Two (2) services on the platform. The applicant will be recognised for only one service, even if one has selected up-to Five (5) options, as the system allows.
  • They are able to earn their customers between One (1) and Two (2) Points respectively, for ever R10.00 spent with them, per transaction
  • The Bronze and Silver Merchants will be able to access the notifications of services requested by potential clients, via the BAAMM Application

Application as Gold or Platinum Merchant:

  • These are companies registered with CIPC or a Sole Proprietary who is registered for Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • The Gold Merchant attracts R 550.00 Annual Admin fee and R 175.00 monthly membership fee (R2 100.00 annually) whilst the Platinum Merchant attracts R 550.00 Annual Admin fee and R 250.00 monthly membership fee (R3 000.00 annually)
  • The Merchants can register up-to Five (5) options, as the system allows.
  • They are able to earn their customers between Five (5) and Ten (10) Points respectively, for ever R10.00 spent with them, per transaction
  • Both the Gold & Platinum Merchants will be able to access the notifications of services requested by potential clients, via the BAAMM Application.

Know your Service Provider / Our Merchant

Even though indicated above, lets the following loyalty earnings be highlight. These are the benefits you receive by supporting our registered merchants, if you are registered as an MSS Rewards & Loyalty card holder. To become a loyalty card participant, it costs you ZERO fee.

  • Bronze: For every R 10.00 spent you receive One (1) MSS Point
  • Silver: Forever R 10.00 spent you receive Two (2) MSS Point
  • Gold: For every R 10.00 spent you receive Five (5) MSS Point
  • Platinum: For every R 10.00 spent you receive Ten (10) MSS Point

Please Note: The points will be redeemable for value through discounts or preferential prices/rates with our Platinum Merchants. They cannot be exchanged for cash nor used to demand discounts with just any merchant

Are you a registered Loyalty Card Holder?

If YES, present your card number or your registered cell phone number to the merchant to process your points, for every purchase you make with them.
If NO, and are interested in becoming a loyalty card holder, please send this information “LOYALTY CARD APPLICATION” to WhatsApp Number: 079 349 7506. You can also click on the number for easy connection.

Are you registered as an MSS Merchant?

Only MSS merchants can earn their customer’s Loyalty & Rewards Points. You can be on the MSS-BAAMM database without being a registered MSS Merchant, however, that comes with some limitations including among others not earning your customers loyalty points that can reward them for the support they show you, as well as limited information about your services being displayed on the BAAMM App.

QUERY SERVICES

This page lists services requested by clients. The benefits are accessed by any registered MSS Merchant, who will contact these potential clients. How does this page work

    1 Information Reflected on the queueing service page:

  • a. Customer Name
  • b. Curomer Surname
  • c. Contact Option (Email / WhatsApp / Call)
  • d. Order requested
  • e. City / Municipality
  • f. Date the order is needed by – Once this date passes, the information should become “grey” but not deleted, We would like to delete them manually if possible????

    2 The merchants will have to use a special MSS Number ( 7 digit – numbers).

  • a. PS: I would like to know who logged in and viewed requests
  • b. I would like to create a way of seeing who has been selected, so as to know who the client procured from
